Yoga + Water: Lake Davis Retreat

TUITION: $150

MASSAGE (optional): $60

RETREAT INCLUDES

  • Two yoga (75-90 minute) classes. Each participant chooses Land Yoga or Stand up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga for each class. Choose one or mix it up. No advanced sign-up required.

  • Morning snack with hot beverage.

  • Brunch & Beverages

  • Free Time

  • Optional Writing Workshop with published author and Mountain Pose Yogi, Joelle Fraser.

  • Happy Hour Snacks & Drinks 

Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) YOGA:

  • Participants may take one or both (morning and/or afternoon) yoga classes on the SUP. 

  • SUPs are NOT included in the retreat fee. Contact Gina if you are looking for a board.

  • Please note that the afternoon SUP Yoga Class is subject to cancellation should there be high winds. In this case, all would attend Land Yoga.

Dogs

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join us for a day at the lake!

Massage Option Details:

  • Summer Lake Retreats feature a therapeutic massage option. Licensed Massage Therapist, Lynda McLellan, will offer lakeside massages under a shade tent. 

  • Those who register for the Massage option will receive a 45 minute massage at the lake in the shade for an additional $60.

  • Massage option time slots are in the box below. Please note, also in the box below, that massage appointments overlap with other retreat activities. Available on a first come, first served basis.
